Payment Acceptance Conditions:
Payment methods via cash and EFTPOS do not incur any fees. VISA, Mastercard and Bankcard incur a 1.5% administration fee and AMEX incur a 3% administration fee.
We do not accept Diners Card. We are not a Bartercard member.
No cheques will be accepted under any circumstances unless prior arrangements with Eagle Computers. Customers wishing to pay via cheque will only be allowed delivery or pick up of goods after the cheque has cleared.
All dishonoured cheques will incur a $35.00 administration fee.
We cannot accept phone payment for any credit cards. Verification via signature sighting must take place in the presence of Eagle Computers at Shop 3 / 181 Grange Rd Findon SA 5023 during the hours of Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm and Saturday 10:00am and 3:00pm.
Product Returns, Refunds and Ordering Policies
Refunds cannot be given after 7 days unless faulty. If within 7 days and the product has not been unsealed or used a 15% restocking fee will be incurred.
Faulty items must be returned within 7 days of notification to Eagle Computers. Items tested not faulty will be incur a $70.00 administration fee.
Special order items cannot be returned under any circumstances unless faulty. Special order items will require a 10% deposit paid upfront.
Any item above $100 requires a 10% deposit to be paid upfront.
Warranty for Products Sold by Eagle Computers
All products sold by Eagle Computers will have a minimum of 1 year return to base warranty. This does not cover consumables, batteries, projector lamps and ex demo items. These products will be sold with a stated warranty on the invoice. Products with more than 1 year warranty will be stated on invoice.
All Persona and Meridian Series of Computer systems sold and manufactured by Eagle Computers include a standard 24 month return to base warranty. (Exception of the Persona 2730 System or other specified systems which carries a 12 month warranty) The Logitech Keyboard and Mouse and Speaker products included with the computer systems carry a standard 24 month warranty - This will be stipulated at time of purchase.
Warranty does not cover any virus or software related issue. Warranty is void if any unauthorised modifications or upgrades are made during the warranty period.

Rental and Interest Free conditions
Rental agreement is provided through Rentsmart Pty. Ltd. Price agreement is based upon 36 months. Rental agreements are subject to credit approval.

Unsettled Accounts
For unpaid accounts Eagle Computers will add 1% per day of total outstanding amount until paid off. Failure to pay within 14 days of final statement will result on customer details being passed on to the Debt Collection Agency and SA Police. Any customers willing to discuss the above points can the ring the OCBA ombudsman.
